When renting skis or a snowboard through our webshop or in the store you can choose to take an extra material insurance. This insurance covers most of the damage (and theft) that your skis or snowboard may incur during winter sports.
Insured in case of any damage to the skis or snowboard.
Insured in case of theft with an excess of €50,-.
If you have not taken an insurance, the following rules apply:
In case of damage to the skis or snowboard up to a maximum of €50,- repair costs will be charged.
In case of theft of your skis or snowboard, 100% of the purchase value will be charged. You have to report this and can claim it back with your travel insurance.
What if you have booked through one of our partners?
With a number of our partners you also have the option of material insurance. In case of damage or theft, you should contact the partner in question to see what the possible solution is. We will of course help you with this!
