The ski pass isn’t included in the prices, but a ski pass is compulsory for everyone. The rates can be found at www.kitzbueheler-alpen.at

The classification of the children in our school is based on level and age. If your children are on the same level and age, you can indicate this when booking. We look at wether this actually matches and classify your children in the right group. 

The lessons take place in all weather conditions, unless the lifts are closed. When the lifts are closed, the lessons are also temporarily terminated. 

The meeting point (for everyone) is at our children’s area. This is located on the practice field between Wastlhof and Gerry’s inn.

Each student will have to ski in advance and then be assigned to one of the groups based on level and age. If desired, groups can be changed in agreement with the ski instructor in most cases.

The group lessons for children and adults start on Sunday or Monday.

All group lessons start at 10:00 and all Private Lessons start at 08:45, 11:00 or 13:15 at the meeting point on the practice field. 

The lessons are from 10am to 12am and 1pm to 3pm. 

The sooner, the better of course! There are always enough ski instructors available at our ski school. In high season we recommend you book your lesson at least one day in advance, you can do this at our office or online on the website. 

There is a choice of private lessons of 2 hours or 4 hours. A private lesson of 4 hours consist 2 lessons blocks. A full day can of course always be discussed. 

We give ski lessons to children from 3 years (bambini’s), assuming that the child is physically strong enough to ski. For bambini’s we are happy to plan a trial day (1 day group lesson)!

Yes, off course. We offer a 100% guarantee on a Dutch teacher. 

Our teachers speak mostly Dutch, German and English. 

The days must be followed one after the other, because the group always continues with the program. If the lessons aren’t followed one after the other, there will be a difference in level. In this case it is always possible to change groups. 

Our ski instructors will of course do everything to ensure that the group stays together. Every teacher has learned in his education how to do this. The children have also learned in class what to do if they lose the group. 

Should a child lose the group, the skischool leader will be contacted immediately and all other teachers will be informed. There are also agreements and collaborations with other ski schools to ensure that the child returns to his group as quickly as possible. 

At our ski school accept pin, Visa, Mastercard and cash. You can pay online with all popular payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Mastercard en Paypal. 

Changing or cancelling a reservation can be done by means of telephone contact, an e-mail or through your own account on the website.
