Snowsports Instructor

Snowsports Instructor is the training institute for ski and snowboard instructors in England and is part of the Snowsports Family. With the ski instructor diploma, better known as Anwärter, you can teach in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The Anwärter course is usually 10 days and takes place at different dates and different locations in Austria.

During the week you wil have lessons from Austrian trainers, also called “Ausbilders”.

They will try to do everythinh to passed your Anwärter. As a ski instructor it is of course important that you speak good German. Despite the fact that the majority of winter sporters  are English, you will also have to deal with many German and English guests. For this reason, most of the training is given in German. It is therefore an advantage that you have some command of the German language. Are you not very good at German yet? Don’t worry, Snowsports instructor has recently started offering an online German course. With this course you will be able to speak much better German after a short time!
